Our Friday Bible and Activity Club runs each year from October to June. It allows children to learn the Bible in a fun environment!

The first class this fall will be on October 15, but children are allowed to join the class at any time. Just come on Friday night and register at the door, or download the registration form and fill it out before coming.

We start each Friday at 7:30PM in the 2nd floor staff lounge of Stephen Leacock Collegiate. First there is a time of group singing. Then some of the adults leave for their ESL class or for their "Searching for God" Bible study, and we continue with our Children's Bible class until 9PM.

Activities and Prizes

This coming fall we will be studying various Old Testament characters including Elisha, Esther and Daniel. After our lesson we have an exciting activity to do – sometimes a craft, sometimes we have a games night, which is lots of fun, and sometimes we go to the gym. There are special crafts for young children under 5 years old, and there is also a senior girls sewing class for girls over 12 years old. 

There are lots of other surprises - Birthday Bonanza and Friday School Shopping. Kids earn "Friday School Dollars" for doing their homework and memorizing their Bible verse - and all this lets them go on a shopping spree in our Prize Boxes!

We would be delighted to teach your children. Parents are welcome to sit in on the class or to attend the "Searching for God" Bible study or the ESL class for adults at the same time.
